Adaptive chairs: mountains for everyone
Imagine being the parent of a child who uses a wheelchair and looking up at the mountains, knowing they may never feel the wind on the summit. Now imagine that they can. Joëlette and Huckleberry chairs make this possible.
This year, an anonymous donor gifted us the first Huckleberry chair, allowing a single adult to take their child along mountain trails. One parent. One child. The mountain. Together.
More chairs mean more smiles on the summits. These chairs also support our firefighters during rescue operations in the Sierra Blanca on certain occasions.
Shop with purpose
Every product in our shop fuels change: sustainability, inclusion and reforestation. Your purchase plants trees, helps children reach the mountains, and builds community.

Get in touch with us to donate a chair, collaborate in reforestation projects, or support inclusion in the mountains. When you recognise someone’s humanity, everything changes. A simple gesture can travel thousands of miles and change a life.

11th Edition Sierra Blanca Trail | 14 February
Fewer than 30 race bibs remain available.
From a local race to an international landmark — that has been the journey of the Sierra Blanca Trail. When our club took over the organisation after the pandemic, we had runners from just 7 countries. Today, only three years later, we welcome participants from 45 nationalities.
This year’s growth is remarkable not only among Spanish runners — particularly from the north of the country, who are discovering the beauty of Sierra Blanca — but also internationally:
France: 36 participants
United Kingdom: 26
Sweden: 17

Each year, more trail running and active tourism enthusiasts discover the unique gem that Marbella offers — from the Mediterranean Sea to the Sierra Blanca mountains and the iconic Cruz de Juanar. And for those brave enough to challenge the beast, La Concha awaits at the Marbella Epic Trail.
Available distances
Trampantojo (~13.5 km): Available as a race or a hiking option. Ideal for beginners.
Rompepiernas (~32 km): The most popular distance and historically the first to sell out.
Destroyer (39–43 km): A demanding route that varies each year depending on environmental conditions.
Participant limit: 1,000 runners, to preserve and protect the trails.
Inclusive categories: 50% discount for participants and their companions.
WHAT’S NEW FOR 2026
Cadet Category
For the first time, we are opening a Cadet category (ages 15–16) at the Sierra Blanca Trail. A unique opportunity for younger athletes to experience the excitement of an international mountain race.
From sea to mountains… and back to the sea
For the first time in our history, the race will start and finish at the same location.
Picture this: you set off to the sound of the Mediterranean waves, climb technical trails to conquer the Sierra Blanca mountains, and return to immerse yourself in the very same waters you left behind. Few races in the world offer such a privilege.
At the Sierra Blanca Trail, you don’t just cross mountains — you live a complete sea-to-summit experience in a single day. After the effort, the Mediterranean awaits, offering the best natural recovery there is.
Meanwhile, your companions can enjoy the only shopping centre located directly on the beachfront. And in Marbella, even in February, the sun often treats us to perfect days for enjoying the sand and the sea.
Can’t make it in 2026?
Registration for the 2027 edition opens on 1 June, with the best price of the year.
Marbella Epic Trail | 21 de febrero
La bestia que conquista corazones en solo tres años.
En su tercera edición, este ultra técnica ya reúne a 21 nacionalidades y alcanza el 46% de participación internacional. Corredores de todo el mundo han escuchado la llamada de la montaña, y este año, al ser la primera prueba puntuable de la Copa de Andalucía, la representación andaluza también se ha multiplicado.
Marbella Epic Trail se ha ganado rápidamente su fama como una de las carreras más técnicas de su categoría (ultra de iniciación 50–70 km). Pero que no te engañen los números: son 66 km que se sienten como 100. Y aquí no hablamos solo de desnivel positivo (5.000). Hablamos de 10.000 metros acumulados, porque en este terreno, las bajadas castigan tanto como las subidas. Piedra caliza, senderos verticales y bajadas muy tecnicas y la subida a La Concha que te pone a prueba antes del desafío final.
La mítica Concha espera. Solo a quienes se atrevan.
Esa cumbre que domina el horizonte de Marbella, ese gigante de piedra que han visto miles pero conquistado pocos. En Marbella Epic Trail, La Concha no es solo un pico: es la prueba de fuego, el momento en el que descubres de qué estás hecho.
Novedad 2026: De la cumbre al mar
Al igual que Sierra Blanca Trail, a partir de este año terminas bañándote en las aguas del Mediterráneo.
Imagina el momento: has conquistado la mítica Concha, has vencido a la bestia más técnica y más exigente de Andalucía, y ahora el mar te espera para celebrarlo. En la comodidad del Centro Comercial Plaza del Mar, un buffet completo de cocina mediterránea te aguarda. Todo incluido. Bien merecido tras domar la bestia.
Porque en Marbella Epic Trail, la montaña te desafía, pero el mar te abraza al final.
Sierra Blanca Rangers: building community from the mountains
In its second edition, Sierra Blanca Rangers registered 180 entries and welcomed more than 400 people, including participants, family members and friends. An unforgettable day that proved the mountain is for everyone.
This event is designed for all ages, from 4 years old, and includes a free, non-competitive category for those who have never even tried hiking before: distances of just over 1 km in a safe environment where the goal is enjoyment, not competition.
100% free participation in the inclusive category.
For our youngest participants:
Pollitos and Prebenjamines may be accompanied by their parents
Pollitos and the Free category do not compete — they simply enjoy the mountains
Distances adapted to all ages in a fully safe and controlled environment

Here you will find the race calendar for school-age categories. Please remember that at Sierra Blanca Rangers, children can register from the age of 4, with the sole aim of having fun and discovering nature.
